Los Angeles Paranormal Association (LA Paranormal) is an LA-based group of friends who came together with the common interest of investigating historical and/or reportedly haunted public locations and reporting on their findings. Since their beginnings in early 2008, the team has investigated some of the most reportedly haunted locations in the country, including Alcatraz, The Goldfield Hotel, Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, Linda Vista Hospital and more. They approach the paranormal from a journalistic and documentary perspective - their members have backgrounds in writing, journalism, film and video production, audio analysis and photography. Members of LA Paranormal have consulted on multiple paranormal-themed film and television productions and have been featured on various radio and television programs in the U.S. and Japan.
