The Pearl Experiment
The Glen Tavern Inn was the location of an unusual experiment that had a goal of manifesting a thought form from mental energy. The process involved a combination of different strategies taken by those who have attempted to create an entity that would result in evidence of it's existence. In ancient civilizations, the belief was that summoning a spiritual being would provide an opportunity to exert control over of the apparition which could then perform magical task. That wasn't what was desired in this case as our hope was merely to record an indication that the experiment had some elements of success in order to determine if further study was warranted. Our project was dubbed The Pearl Experiment as that was the name of our fictitious personality that was a conglomeration of stereotypes from the early 20th century.
Our parapsychology experiment was conducted with the idea that the guest of the Inn could possibly record audio or visual media as a result of our efforts. Join us on March 23-25, 2012 as we present the results of The Pearl Experiment and begin our next test this time examining the influence of group intention over atomic particles.
